Hey everyone,

Thanks for turning up for our sub-committee briefings on Monday and Tuesday.

PLEASE HAND IN THE FORM BY MONDAY(1ST JUNE 2009)

VENUE FOR SUBMISSION: NGEE ANN POLYTECHNIC STUDENT UNION OFFICE(BLK 73 LEVEL 2,above the co-op)

We will only be accepting those that came on the two days for sub-committee briefing.
Those that do not fill up the form fully or did not come for the two days but submitted the forms will not be accepted.

ALL PARTICIPANTS please bring $15 participation fee and at least 500ml bottle.

Those who break camp on Monday(15TH JUNE 2009) please book in asap,Latest by 12PM
